Waited 8 days for delivery. Healthspan are possibly the most expensive on the market yet the service is so sluggish. Doesn't inspire confidence if they're not interested in getting products delivered in a timely fashion. Very disappointing!

Ordered 8th January complained that item not received.. Been told by one person to wait until 22nd January before i can get a refund complained again NOW they say 28th January ,Terrible customer service IF I HAD READ all the other complaints about poor delivery would not have used this company,They keep blaming royal mail but i ordered from other companies they deliver in 5 days, This company have expensive products and VERY POOR DELIVERY service LOOK at what other people are saying before buying.Your order reference: HO-20432021Order date: Thursday, January 7, 2021. will it get here before January 2022 OR ARE YOU still blaming royal mail you can not keep blaming some one else for poor customer service

I found them easy to sign up for, but now I want to leave there is no obvious way online to cancel the subscription or close the account. Instead, I had to spend time on the phone with (the nice) customer services.I think if you believe in your product, you should make leaving as easy as staying.

Recommended by family as there is a discount code - which is clever and the first few orders have been fine. A few days later than expected, but nothing out of the ordinary.Ordered some additional items on the same day and they came 2 weeks later - seems strange.Decent looking brochures and vitamins, but seem pricey v's the known brands you can buy with your shopping!

I have just finished a call to Rachel of Gosport and what a great telephone manner very polite and courteous a true advocate for Health Spans products and it just shows purchasing from a reputable company as I have now done for nearly 2 years, lots of them in particular CBD Oil especially for pain management. I stopped taking prescribed medication when I started with Healthspan

As in keeping with most previous reviews, I have had to wait for 2 months for my order, still not rec'd after been given 3 seperate despatch dates, all of which broken!All this after 2 phone calls and several e-mails, which take days to get an answer.To day is the last straw and I have told them to refund my money.Will not use again.It may have helped if the company put a statement out as to what the problems are, certainly it is not the Royal Mail!! If they continue to lose customers at this rate they will cease to exist.

Today I received my final subscription delivery of supplements from Healthspan. Just like my 2 previous subscription deliveries it arrived *exactly 14 working days* after the alleged despatch date, thus avoiding a claim for refund/replacement as they now ask customers to wait for this period.I'm not normally of a suspicious mind but when THREE different subscriptions *ALL* arrive *EXACTLY* 14 days late, I do suspect that Royal Mail is not entirely to blame.As I say, this was my final delivery because I have cancelled all 7 of my longstanding subscriptions and now go elsewhere for a more reliable (and honest) service.

Just really endorsing what other customers are saying part of my order came nearly a month after other ordered items been a customer a long time because of good delivery times and service (they are not the cheapest)have they been taken over I wonder? I'll keep looking at review sites before re ordering again

Terrible slow service. Took over 18 days to arrive. Fobbed off with excuses. Supposed to be Royal Mail 48 Dispatch. Wasn't until i complained it was dispatched and arrived 2 days later. Used to be a good company but has declined terrible lately. Time to move on to a new company, preferably one at a local level .... support local independant businesses !!

It's impossible to unsubscribe from their emails. I have clicked the unsubscribe link for multiple emails and it comes up with an error. I emailed asking them to remove me and they started asking for irrelevant personal information. All seems a bit shady tbh. Just want to not get their emails anymore.

I ordered vitamins which were despatched 16/11/20. By 1/12/20 they have not arrived. On phoning today I was told the post office are the problem. Apparently they are delaying 2nd class post. I have to wait until 14 working days have passed before they will send again. I wonder if the company has considered in these difficult times either making use of first class post or an alternative delivery service. I’m not a businessman but it makes sense to me.

Similar to other recent reviews, ordered items over two weeks ago, and still nothing. Received an email essentially shipping blame onto the royal mail. What's all the more irritating is I've been sent some marketing materials in the time I've been waiting for my order to turn up. Not noticed any issues with other deliveries through royal mail during the same period.

My husband usually orders Opti-turmeric as & when he needs it and has been very happy but decided to sign up to the subscribe & save option which states “never run out again”. Fail! He received an email saying his order had been dispatched on 17th November but no sign as of today. After ringing am told he has to wait 10 working days before they’ll send a replacement, in which time my husband has no pills to take. Blaming Royal Mail is a cop out. I have now cancelled the subscription as it’s pointless if you are not going to provide the service you advocate.
